Merry Christmas from Miss Galaxy Scotland, Deone Robertson

Miss Galaxy Scotland, Deone Robertson, would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and share some of her favourite Galaxy moments with you!

‘I just don’t know where to begin…being crowned Miss Galaxy Scotland was a moment I had dreamt about, and not many people get to experience a dream coming true!

I began taking part in pageants back in 2010 with Miss Scotland and was lucky enough to make the Top 5, this fuelled my desire and really got me interested in the pageant world and everyone knows that they can be addictive (which I love) so I continued competing and won Miss European 2012! But for me I always knew I wanted to be a Galaxy Girl so I worked hard and finally in 2014 that became reality.
The year that I went on to have has been better than I could have ever expected! I have gained so many new friends, worked at fabulous events, helped all my chosen charities and travelled to America to compete internationally! A whirlwind opportunity that I still can’t believe I was lucky enough to have. The Galaxy system is like no other and America was an unbelievable experience! Walking on that stage I already felt a winner, it didn’t matter the result but to clinch two awards and place 1st Runner Up made me feel a wonderful sense of achievement because I know how amazing each and every one of the girls that take part in Galaxy are and to just be able to share the stage with such inspirational ladies is something very special.

This will be a year I will never forget and I feel proud wearing my Galaxy Sash & Crown at every opportunity. I honestly can’t thank Holly and her team enough for believing in me and allowing me to create lasting memories with very special friends and to forever be part of the Galaxy Family! Thank you!

Good luck to the new Galaxy Girls competing in 2015! I can’t wait to meet you all!

Merry Christmas everyone and Best Wishes for 2015, love your Miss Galaxy Scotland 2014-Deone Robertson xxx’

Merry Christmas Deone, thanks for being a wonderful queen!
