Miss Nottinghamshire Galaxy, Hollie Hughes, took part in a Macmillan Coffee morning!
Hollie Hughes, Miss Nottingham Galaxy, took part in a Macmillan coffee morning at a local hair salon in aid of Macmillan cancer research!
Hollie had a lovely day meeting all of the lovely clients and helping to raise money for the fantastic cause.
Here’s what Hollie had to say about her day:
‘I took part and attended a Macmillan Coffee Morning at a local Hair Salon. The salon put on a great show of support and kindly asked me to come down and help entice all the clients to a delicious homemade goody and to make a kind donation for it. People were also taking part in fundraising competitions, and 50% of all money from hair treatments today have gone to the Cancer Macmillan charity too. This morning enabled me to really talk to the clients and tell them all about Miss Galaxy England. I brought several different yummy treats for the coffee morning. My daughter and I baked Key Lime Pie Cupcakes, White Chocolate Muffins and shortbread Hearts. It proved to be a great success. I have attached a few photos for you of the event, the one of myself I am sat with the salon owner.’
What a lovely appearance, well done Hollie!
