Hayley Mac, Miss Galaxy International, was invited to the Cat Protection Re-homing Event

Hayley says:

I was invited to attend the Cat Protection Re-Homing Event by Brenda, the organiser. We met previously at a radio interview. I have a big love for cats and I understand the hard work that volunteers give to look after unwanted cats.

At the event, it was heartbreaking listening to the stories of how the cats ended up in care. However, it was a pleasure to see some cats being re homed with new caring owners too! I really enjoyed my time at this event and helped raising awareness for this charity. I had the opportunity to talk to the press and give my views on unwanted cats and how important it is to help this charity! My highlight of the day was re homing a kitten...I've named her Maddie and she is settling in very well!!!!!
