An Interview with Junior Miss Galaxy UK – Tia Woodall!

Congratulations on becoming Junior Miss Galaxy UK! What is the best thing about being a beauty queen?

The best part about being a beauty queen would be having the opportunities to buy nice dresses, shoes, and sparkle to attend glamorous events where people ask to have their photograph with you; it can make you feel like a mini celebrity.

You do such an amazing amount of charity work! What has been your favourite charity project to work on?

My favourite would have to be my continuous work with the homeless, this year we collected over 120 rucksacks and being given the opportunity to help at a local soup kitchen and to personally give them out on Christmas day was rewarding yet emotional, seeing people so thankful for the smallest thing really was amazing.

How did you celebrate winning the Junior Miss Galaxy UK crown?

I feel my celebration of winning Jr Miss Galaxy is continuous by wearing my crown and sash with pride attending all future events and appearance opportunities.

You are off to America this summer for the international final of Junior Miss Galaxy!! Besides being on stage, what part of the trip are you most excited about?

There is so much I’m looking forward to about America I honestly couldn’t choose one. I’m excited to meet the other contestants, the sunshine, swimming pool and shopping I just love the shops in America

What is your favourite subject at school?

It would have to be English as I enjoy narrative writing.

What is your favourite film/TV programme?

At the moment my favourite TV program is American Horror Story as each episode keeps you on the edge of your seat. My favourite film would have to be Fast and Furious I have watched all of them and would love to feature in a future episode.

Tell us an interesting fact about yourself.

I have 9 pets; 1 dog, 2 Axaloti fish, 2 guinea pigs, 1 bearded dragon, 1 gecko lizard and 2 tortoises.

Who is your role model?

I would have to choose Selena Gomez, not only is she an actress, model and singer she does a lot for the community and charity work including a trip to helping children  in Africa.

When you’re not busy being a beauty queen.. What else do you like to do for fun? Do you have any hobbies?

I attend theatre club every week which includes dancing, acting and singing. I also love cheer leading and gymnastics. Most of all I Love shopping and could shop all day! My favourite place would have to be the Trafford Centre.
