Miss Galaxy UK
Must be unmarried (e.g. single, divorced, widowed, single mother) as of the start date of the UK Galaxy final. Must be 20 to 27 years as of August 17 2024. Must be unmarried as of the start date of the pageant event. This applies to participation in any preliminary pageant (e.g., local, state, provincial, national) leading to the Miss Galaxy International Pageant event as well as the international pageant itself.

Miss Teen Galaxy UK
Must be at least 16 and no older than 19 as of August 17 2024.

Must be single and never married as of the start date of the pageant event. Must not have ever had a child. This applies to participation in any preliminary pageant (e.g., local, state, provincial, national) leading to the Miss Teen Galaxy International Pageant event as well as the international pageant itself. Must remain unmarried during her reign as a state titleholder and as the international titleholder should she win. If a Teen is engaged to be married during her reign as Miss Teen Galaxy she will be disqualified. Teen finalists and winners are not permitted to have or promote cosmetic fillers or procedures in any way during their reign. If a Teen winner does undergo cosmetic procedures, surgical or non-surgical, she will be disqualified. Delegate shall be a British citizen or reside in the United Kingdom.

Ms. Galaxy UK
Must be age 28 & over and unmarried. (e.g. single, divorced, widowed).

Mrs Galaxy UK
Must be legally married as of the start date of the Galaxy International Pageant event.

Junior Miss Galaxy UK
Must be aged 12-14 as of August 17 2024. Delegates participating in preliminary pageants leading to the Junior Miss Galaxy International Pageant may be 11 years of age provided that they reach their 12th birthday prior to the start date of the Junior Miss Galaxy International Pageant event.

All delegates/contestants under 18 years, as of the start of the UK Final, must be accompanied at all events, including the international pageant in 2024, by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian will bear their own costs for all expenses including travel and accommodation.

*Due to recent changes with the Galaxy International division age ranges, there may be some variation in divisions to what is stated above*

In order to be eligible to compete for the UK Galaxy Pageant titles, delegate must meet at least one of the following criteria:

– Current or prior residency in the country
– Current or prior employment in the country
– Current or prior student status in the country
– Current or prior property owner in the country
– Born in the country
– 25% heritage of that country

Returning Delegates
Former winners of UK Galaxy Pageants are not eligible to compete in the same division but may re-enter once their status changes such that they become eligible for a different division.

Bonus Points
Contestants can earn bonus points by making appearances throughout their reign as state, regional or national titleholders. Each approved appearance will be eligible to be awarded points. All bonus points, to a maximum of 5, are awarded at the discretion of the UK Galaxy Director. The director’s decision is final and will not enter into debate or discussion with regards to the awarding of bonus points.

Official Language
English is the official language of the UK Galaxy Pageant. It is a requirement for delegates to speak English.

Gender
Contestants’ legal gender must be female.

Code of Conduct

Delegate shall be a person whose background is not likely to bring into disrepute the Mrs Galaxy UK, Ms. Galaxy UK, Miss Galaxy UK, Miss Teen Galaxy UK and Junior Miss Galaxy UK titles or the Licensee or the Promoter or any person associated with them. Entrant affirms that she is and will continue to be a person of good moral character and that she does not have a criminal record. Entrant agrees that she will not pose for any nude or provocative photographs during the preliminary or pageant finals, or during her reign should she become a preliminary Winner or Galaxy International Pageant® Titleholder.

Delegate will conduct herself in a courteous, professional manner at all times during the UK Galaxy Pageant, Galaxy International Pageant™ and while representing a Galaxy International Pageant® title.

Delegate will not slander or libel other contestants, judges, Galaxy Pageants, Inc. staff, Pageant Girl Ltd staff or anyone else involved with or connected to the Galaxy International Pageant®. Defamatory verbal and/or written remarks against Pageant Girl Ltd, Galaxy Pageants, Inc. and the Galaxy International Pageant® will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of any and all prizes and awards won, and legal charges.

Any delegate found publicly posting slanderous remarks on public forums, social networking sites or any other public domain will be immediately disqualified and legal action will be taken.

Good sportsmanship is expected at all times. Disruptive behaviour before, during, or after the pageant may result in disqualification, removal from the premises, and legal charges.

UK Galaxy Pageants, Pageant Girl Ltd – Limitation of Liability / Responsibility
Pageant Girl Ltd agree to provide the winners of Junior Miss Galaxy UK, Miss Teen Galaxy UK, Miss Galaxy UK, Ms Galaxy UK & Mrs Galaxy UK:

a) Paid entry into the Galaxy International Pageant.
b) Payment for return flights from the UK to the pageant state. Pageant Girl Ltd is not responsible for arranging international travel or intervening / loss of goods / resolving disputes surrounding international travel to the United States of America for the pageant competition.
c) Accommodation at the host hotel for the duration of the Galaxy International Pageant.

All delegates/contestants under 18 years, as of the start of the International Pageant, must be accompanied at all events, including the international pageant in 2023, by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian will bear their own costs for all expenses including travel and accommodation.

UK Galaxy Entrants agrees:
a) To attend the Galaxy International Pageant if selected as the winner in the preliminary final pageant and further abide by all the required services, rules and regulations governing this pageant. Entrant agrees that in the event of the winner not being able to compete in the Galaxy International Pageant, if any payments have been paid by Pageant Girl Ltd for the winner’s prize to the Galaxy International Pageant, they will be liable to reimburse Pageant Girl Ltd in full.

b) To attend the United Kingdom Galaxy Pageants 2024, if selected as the winner in UK Galaxy Pageant Final.
c) If selected as a UK Galaxy winner, delegate agrees make a minimum of 15 appearances throughout her year’s reign as approved by the director of Pageant Girl Ltd, prior to the Galaxy International Finals. Appearances may include but are not limited to parades; radio, television and newspaper interviews; and public appearances at events. Winners are expected to provide Pageant Girl Ltd. with photos of appearances for the UK Galaxy Pageant website and promotion.
d) If selected as a UK Galaxy winner, they will not promote, organise, enter or compete in any other regional, national or international pageant or beauty contest during her reign. Winners are expected to give their time and energy to this title during their year’s reign. Permission for UK Galaxy Pageant titleholders to participate in other pageants will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
e) If selected as a UK Galaxy winner, entrant agrees that any earnings, or opportunities, that arise due to holding the title, for example modelling & television work, paid social media postings, reality television introductions, will be subject to a 20% commission.
f) If selected as a UK Galaxy winner, the UK Galaxy director’s decision is final with regards to wardrobe choices at the Galaxy International Final. The winners’ dresses will be ultimately selected and approved by the UK Galaxy Director.
g) That a commission of 20% (plus VAT on that commission, if applicable) will be deducted by the directors of Pageant Girl Ltd from the gross fee for any paid assignment as a UK Galaxy delegate, which has arisen due to holding a UK Galaxy Pageant title.
h) To look solely to the UK Galaxy Pageant Director with respect to all matters relating to her application, rules, regulations, policies, preparation, rehearsal, performance and selection process, and all other matters relating to the preliminary pageant.
i) That Pageant Girl Ltd and Galaxy Pageants, Inc., its officers, employees, and pageant personnel are not responsible for accidents, injury or theft incurred at the time of the UK Galaxy Final or Galaxy International Pageant® or travel to and from.
j) That Pageant Girl Ltd and Galaxy Pageants, Inc. is not responsible for negligence or fraud on the part of pageant sponsors, judges, or contract vendors (e.g., photographer, videographer, etc.) who may be providing products or services to delegates and winners at the UK Galaxy final or Galaxy International Pageant®.
k) That Pageant Girl Ltd and Galaxy Pageants, Inc. is not responsible for negligence or fraud on the part of the host hotel.
l) That Pageant Girl Ltd and Galaxy Pageants, Inc. is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage caused to any and all prizes, gifts, and awards bestowed upon entrant after these items become the property of entrant. Entrant agrees to incur replacement and/or repair costs to lost, stolen, or damaged items including but not limited to: crown/tiara, sash, plaques, trophies, etc.
m) That the date/venue of the UK Galaxy Pageant is subject to change and in such a case, the entrant is not eligible for a refund.
n) That prizes given by UK Galaxy Sponsors to prize winners are not the responsibility of Pageant Girl Ltd and Pageant Girl Ltd cannot be held liable for any sponsor not fulfilling their prizes to winners.
o) That Pageant Girl Ltd are not responsible for the organisation of the Galaxy International Pageant. If venue and location of the Galaxy International Pageant. These are subject to change and are organised by Galaxy Pageants, Inc.
p) That entrants under 18 years will be accompanied at all times during the preliminary and international finals by a parent or legal guardian and they are the sole responsibility of the parent/legal guardian. They are not the responsibility of United Kingdom Galaxy Pageants and Galaxy International Inc.
q) That if delegate wins the UK competition and then continues to win the Galaxy International pageant in the USA, a new contract with Pageant Girl Ltd will be signed.
r) If the Galaxy International Pageant is cancelled, prizes are not transferable. Flight, accommodation and pageant entry fee are solely for the Galaxy International Pageant. Entrant agrees that Pageant Girl Ltd is not liable for costs incurred due to the cancellation of the Galaxy International Pageant.

Deadlines
All deadlines for photographs, and contestant information are strictly enforced and must be adhered to by entrant and by winners of UK Galaxy Pageants.

Entry Fee & Payments
Delegate’s sash will be ordered and delegate’s titles made official after payment has been received in full by Pageant Girl Ltd

Delegate’s deposit reserves an area title for a period of three months. If full payment is not received by the end of the six week period, the title will be awarded to another contestant.

Refund Policy
All fees paid to Galaxy Pageants UK are NOT REFUNDABLE and NOT TRANSFERABLE in full or in part for under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to entry fees, advertising fees, pageant admission ticket sales fees, guest meal fees and any other fees paid to Galaxy Pageants UK by anyone including, but not limited to, delegates, sponsors, and advertisers.

Photography & Videography
All contestants agree and understand that the UK Galaxy Pageant finals will be filmed and photographed. Your data (these images) may be used for promotion online on our websites, on social media, in advertising materials and in national/international news publications.

Photography & Videography – Minors
Adults accompanying Delegates, who are under 18 years of age as of the pageant date, authorise the right for Photography & Videography for the Pageant Girl Ltd & Galaxy International Pageant®. This includes internet, websites, printed publications, all events leading to, and including, the UK Galaxy Pageant and Galaxy International Pageant®.

Disqualification / Title Relinquishment
If delegate is disqualified or relinquishes, for any reason, any title awarded to her, all prizes must be returned in full, and in condition received.

Travel
Delegates make their own travel arrangements. Pageant Girl Ltd is not responsible for arranging travel or intervening / resolving disputes involving travel to the pageant competition.

Hotel
Delegates are required to stay at the host hotel (unless delegate lives close enough to drive from home to pageant events each day). Delegates and their families must make their own hotel reservations.

Publicity and Promotion
By virtue of participation in the UK Galaxy Pageant, delegate agrees to allow Pageant Girl Ltd the right to use her name, likeness, voice and/or biographical information for purposes of publicity and promotion now and in the future. Delegate understands that her name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical information may be used on the Internet, in print advertising, press releases and merchandise related to the UK Galaxy Pageant (e.g., t-shirts, tote bags, hats, other apparel, mouse pads, and other promotional materials.) Delegate agrees that photographs submitted to Pageant Girl Ltd may be used for publicity and promotion by Pageant Girl Ltd, the delegate must own the copyright to these images or have obtained permission prior to submission. Delegate agrees to release Pageant Girl Ltd from liability for any injury resulting from publicity and promotion. Delegate agrees to waive any and all compensation for use of her name, likeness, voice, and /or biographical information for purposes of publicity and promotion.

Agreement
UK Galaxy Pageant entrant agrees to abide by the above rules. If an entrant fails to abide by the above rules and/or brings Galaxy Pageants UK & Galaxy Pageants International Inc, into disrepute, for which a decision will be made at the Director’s digression, the UK Galaxy Pageant Director and/or Galaxy International Director has the right to terminate the entrants contract immediately, reclaim the entrants sash and authorise the deletion of all photos containing the Galaxy Sash & Galaxy crown.

By submitting the entry form and fee(s) to Pageant Girl Ltd, UK Preliminary Pageant leading to the Galaxy International Pageant®, delegate agrees to abide by all policies, rules and regulations set forth by Galaxy Pageants, Inc on www.galaxypageants.com and Pageant Girl Ltd on www.galaxypageantsuk.com

I agree to the above terms and conditions and agree to abide by all policies, rules and regulations set forth by Pageant Girl Ltd and Galaxy Pageants, Inc. I confirm that all information submitted to Pageant Girl Ltd is true and accurate. Falsification of information and failure to comply with the policies of Pageant Girl Ltd & Galaxy Pageants, Inc. may result in immediate disqualification and/or forfeiture of prizes won without benefit of refund in full or in part at the sole discretion of Pageant Girl Ltd & Galaxy Pageants Inc.

The data that we hold about yourself including personal details submitted online to enter, correspondence between the organisation, photographs & videos taken at our events, is required to understand your needs and to provide you with a better service, and in particular. For the following reasons:

Internal Record Keeping
We may use the information to improve our products and services.
We may periodically send promotional emails about our latest news, entry details for our pageants, new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
We may share your details with our event sponsors and affiliates may contact you with regards to their products and latest news.
We may share your details with our chosen charity, in order for them to assist you with your fundraising.
From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you with regards to entering or pageants or for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail.
We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.

Pageant Girl

Miss Galaxy UK

c) If selected as a UK Galaxy winner, delegate agrees make a minimum of 15 appearances throughout her year’s reign as approved by the director of Pageant Girl Ltd, prior to the Galaxy International Finals. Appearances may include but are not limited to parades; radio, television and newspaper interviews; and public appearances at events. Winners are expected to provide Pageant Girl Ltd. with photos of appearances for the UK Galaxy Pageant website and promotion.

d) If selected as a UK Galaxy winner, they will not enter or compete in any other regional, national or international pageant or beauty contest during her reign. Winners are expected to give their time and energy to this title during their year’s reign. e) If selected as a UK Galaxy winner agrees that a contract will be signed pertaining to the code of conduct, appearances and work, including modelling, television and film, that the winners undertake during their reign on behalf of Pageant Girl Ltd.

f) If selected as a UK Galaxy winner, the UK Galaxy director’s decision is final with regards to wardrobe choices at the Galaxy International Final. The winners’ dresses will be ultimately selected and approved by the UK Galaxy Director.

g) That a commission of 20% (plus VAT on that commission, if applicable) will be deducted by the directors of Pageant Girl Ltd from the gross fee for any paid assignment as a UK Galaxy delegate, which has been organised and booked with UK Galaxy.

h) To look solely to the UK Galaxy Pageant Director with respect to all matters relating to her application, rules, regulations, policies, preparation, rehearsal, performance and selection process, and all other matters relating to the preliminary pageant.

i) That Pageant Girl Ltd and Galaxy Pageants, Inc., its officers, employees, and pageant personnel are not responsible for accidents, injury or theft incurred at the time of the UK Galaxy Final or Galaxy International Pageant® or travel to and from.

l) That Pageant Girl Ltd and Galaxy Pageants, Inc. is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage caused to any and all prizes, gifts, and awards bestowed upon entrant after these items become the property of entrant.
